Kelstar Fire Engineering is the trading name of Kelstar Engineering Limited. Kelstar were formed in 1992 by John and Karen Mooney. 

 

John previously worked extensively in Australia and the UK for Wormald international as well as Mobil Oil Australia, Intercontinental Hotels, UK Stock exchange as a project manager or duty engineer.

 

John's last position in Australia was heading up new legislation in dealing with risk assessment in buildings and issuing reports and compliance certificates. Therefor, safety and correct instillation/maintenance is paramount to Kelstar. 

 

Over 25 years Kelstar have installed a range of Fire protection systems around the UK in a variety of buildings as well as advice, surveys and assessments in relation to legislation at the time.

Some of Kelstar's previous projects include; Hospitals, Government Buildings, Airports, Rail, Sporting venues, Universities, Schools, Commercial and Residential Buildings.

Kelstar currently have two offices,  in Surrey and Merseyside. We continue to grow and research products and systems which best suit the ever changing world we all live and work in. A better future is a safer future.
